Sherwood Forest Homes Salutes Spring
With a Bouquet of New Offerings

MILLVILLE, NJ – Millville-based Sherwood Forest Homes is celebrating the arrival of Spring with a bouquet of new offerings at all three of their current communities.

At Twin Oaks in Bridgeton two new vignetted models will open on May 5. Home buyers will be able to tour a Lauren model and a Tiffany home design. In addition to these builder's showcase models, two early-delivery models will shortly get underway, with delivery targeted for early Fall. A 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Tiffany model in the "A" elevation will feature an island kitchen and breakfast nook with a bay window, a sunroom, fireplace and a two-car garage. A Lauren model, also with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths includes 9-foot first floor ceilings, a luxurious master suite, a fireplace and a two car garage. Hardwood flooring will be included in selected areas of each home. Home buyers at Twin Oaks will enjoy a five-year tax abatement. Prices in the community start in the low $200,000s.

A ranch model will debut at Pleasant Woods, one of two Sherwood communities in Millville. This 3 bedroom home features two full baths, a kitchen with breakfast nook, volume ceilings and a two car garage. Also coming soon at this wooded community will be a 4 bedroom Lindy model which offers a den option in the "B" elevation. A total of seven new home designs priced from $235,600 will be offered at Pleasant Woods this Spring.

At Sherwood Forest III, also in Millville, the Wakefield model, an executive rancher, has been value engineered to save home buyers up to $33,000. Previously only available with a full brick front and a side entry garage at $362, 900, this popular home design will now be available in three new elevations, priced from $329,900.

Sales for Pleasant Woods are conducted from Sherwood Forest III on Tomasello Drive.
