Sherwood Forest III - The New Home Community You Must See!

November 10, 2006 - Sherwood Forest Homes’ Sherwood Forest III, in Millville, NJ, has been named Community of the Year in the Builder’s League of South Jersey’s annual MAME Awards program. The community qualified under the Best Detached Home Community with an Average Sales Price up to $350,000 category, and took five additional MAME awards and four MERIT awards.

The MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) program recognizes BLSJ members in a range of categories pertaining to the design, creation, advertising and marketing of their homes. It reflects the best in new home building in all of South Jersey.

Sherwood Forest III received MAME awards for Best Brochure, Best Color Ad Less Than ½ Page, Best Website, Best Interior Merchandising for a Vignetted Model and Best Detached Home for the community’s Nottingham model.

MERIT awards achieved included Best Black and White Logo, Best Color Logo, Best Direct Mail Campaign and Best Landscape Design.

In addition, sales associate June Branagan was named Rookie of the Year; Larry J. DePalma was named Sales Manager of the Year; and Linda C. Rooney, marketing consultant to Sherwood Forest Homes, was named Marketing Director of the Year.
