The models photographed have been decorated to give you a visual idea of what homes in each community will be like when fully furnished. In general, items such as furniture, window coverings, wall treatments, custom built-ins and accessories are DECORATOR items and are not always offered. Other items such as cabinets, appliances, flooring, certain trim items, certain fixtures and more may be available through our Design Center. While Sherwood Forest offers some of these items as upgrades, other items are purely for decorative purposes and are not offered.
