Our policy is not to sell two of the same home style side by side or to allow the same exterior color combinations next to one another, in order to ensure the most attractive streetscape for this very special community.
It is also anticipated that with subsequent sales will come price increases, therefore, in order to secure the best possible pricing and your first choice of model, elevation, homesite, and color preference, you will want to be among the first to stake your claim to a Pleasant Woods home!
What is the process for purchasing a home in
Pleasant Woods?
Once you have selected the homesite and style of home that's right for you, we require just two things in order to enter into a Contract of Sale with you:
The Contract of Sale becomes binding after the legally required attorney review period. At any time prior to the expiration of the attorney review period, your downpayment is fully refundable.
We do not hold homesites in advance of Contract of Sale, so it is very important that you are prepared with a mortgage pre-qualification letter and the required downpayment funds before you fall in love with one of our homes!
Your interior options, upgrades, and color selections must be completed within 10 calendar days of the date you sign your Contract of Sale, and an additional deposit of 20% of any options and upgrades is required at that time.
The building process is approximately six months but is subject to weather and ground conditions, availability of materials and labor, and other factors, many of which are beyond our control. Everyone on the Sherwood Forest Homes team is committed to completing your new home in a timely fashion while maintaining the highest of quality standards.
What is your broker co-op policy?
