The Contract of Sale becomes binding after the legally required attorney review period. At any time prior to the expiration of the attorney review period, your downpayment is fully refundable.
We do not hold homesites in advance of Contract of Sale, so it is very important that you are prepared with a mortgage pre-qualification letter and the required downpayment funds before you fall in love with one of our homes!
Your interior options, upgrades, and color selections must be completed within 10 calendar days of the date you sign your Contract of Sale, and an additional deposit of 20% of any options and upgrades is required at that time.
The building process is approximately six months but is subject to weather and ground conditions, availability of materials and labor, and other factors, many of which are beyond our control.
